After more than 100 years of successful activity in agricultural technology, Jessernigg closed its operational business at the end of June 2025. This decision was not made for economic reasons, but as the result of a well considered strategic evaluation.

The main company area (production and headquater) in Marchtrenk experienced a significant increase in value and was sold to a major international corporation under highly attractive conditions. The owner family is confident and satisfied with this decision.

A follow up company, to be announced in autumn 2025, will continue to provide service support for Jessernigg machines in practical use.
