AgroGigant

Already quite a long time in the Jessernigg product range is the trailed spraying machine „AgroGigant“. Technic is simple and robust. 2.000, 2.500 or 3.000 liter tanks are available. The chassis is for all tanks simelar. Till maximum 24 m every boom can be used. From simple electric switchbox controller till high end Müller Elektronik Iso-Bus technic with GPS is everything available and possible.

The traditional connection on lower link is easy and has a lot of advantages:
Easy connection to the tractor, always straight PTO shaft, cheap, wheels of sprayer are in the same track like back wheels of tractor, short total lenght of complete sprayer (just ca. 4,5 m).

Though a hydraulic angle setting is standard, in real work it is hardly used. Because of the brilliant boom suspension the boom is automatically parallel to the floor as good as it is possible (even on steep slopes).

Hydraulic folding by a block of several NG6 electro/hydraulic valves. Every cylinder can be operated by an electric switch individually. E.g. on the pic: 15/21 m folding. Just two oil hoses has to be connect to the tractor for all hydraulic functions.

E.g. 15 instead of 21 m. Left and right sections are folded in. Section one and section seven are switched of by the switchbox (Computer).

The boom suspension is standard. It trys to put the boom always automatically parallel to the ground as exact as possible, no matter how steep the slope is. Additional to this suspension the boom has got hydraulic angle setting as a standard. Also as a standard are wheels 270xR42 mounted. The costumer can choose any wheels with or without mud guards as an option.

With the angle setting function in flat areas, obstacles can be passed quite easily (right side of the boom in this example). On left side of the boom is in this example drift reduced to a minimum!

Last section left and right is secured against mechanical damage. As soon as the last section is touching an obstacle, it is turnig back or to the front on a spring joint.

In highest position boom is locked and can be folded. So easily on slopes can be hydraulic folded as well.

Just ca. 2,55 m wide, just ca. 4,5 m long makes transport on roads extremly safe. Track can be set without any steps from 1,5 m to 2,2 m. On the pic the track is 1,5 m.

The mixer works very fast (venturi). 60 liter/minute can be sucked and dissolved. Even urea can be dissolved very quickly. During sprayingwork the mixer is in his highest position. During mixing work, the mixer is low and in pleasent position. Of course the mixer has an inside cleaning system.

Beginning from 18 m boom, all pipes and hoses are secured with a „chain“. Short hoses are the secret for easy cleaning and little rests. Jessernigg is famouse for a very professional workmanship.

As an option pneumatic breaking system is available.

Duo Command controll center. With just two handels, all functions can be switched on or off intuitively. Very easy, with just one view, all functions like cleaning, stirring, backflow, cleaning rotation nozzels, … can be set. There are no other handels at the sprayer, which makes it save and easy!

All cables are secured over the tank. So they are secured from dirt from the ground, chemicals and mechanical damage. If a cable has to be checked, there is an easy accsess.

Ladder made of aluminium is fix mounted and swings down if it is needed.
